Decent atmosphere in 113 today, few dopes left with 20 minutes to go so they could get to Wembley to watch the ladies. Not sure what to make of that.
Wilshere and Sanchez both looked decent when they came on.
And to top off a good afternoon I put spurs to win on my acca but they’d just kicked off so their game was void and then the cunts lost
Oh how I fucking laughed

I thought Fredericks and Masuaku were excellent today. And I can't imagine me ever saying that.

MOTM. Mr West Ham. He understands.

The ladies are putting in a MASSIVE shift. COYI!

Ryan Fredericks is the first defender to receive a perfect ten rating on WhoScored since 2009. Fair play to him.

A better league position has been within our own grasp some of the performances we’ve put in this season have been pretty rubbish. Refs decisions have cost us, but poor defending in the 92nd minute cost us 2 points against Leicester, poor performances against Burnley, Brighton, Bournemouth, Watford, Everton have denied us points and given our competitors points, another 6-10 points would see us in our rightful place- competing for the ‘best of the rest’ spot!

Let’s see who we sign in the close season

We have to improve on this tepid second half after dominating first half type games. It cost us against Leicester but luckily the second goal settled it down. Overall a deserved win and good to see wilshere and Sanchez back and looking good. Much to be optimistic about l.

Yeah, a time of change and turmoil, but had we picked up a couple of points in the first four games, and not been cheated out of at least three results in recent games, we'd be 7th no sweat.

Not sure we are ready for what that would bring, but it's good to see how easily it could've been achieved. Let's hope the Daves don't bugger it up by being tightwads this Summer...

Now the ladies need a good old dollop of luck against City... won't be easy.

And please PLEASE let Newcastle beat the Scousers.

I'm well happy, about time it was us scoring against the run of play.

OneAll - Totally agree! Your team has just won 3 nil and some still aren't happy and have a dig. I don't know why they just don't fuck off and support Spurs!

If we had competent match officials we would have won our last four matches, including Man Utd, a rejuvenated Leicester, Yids and the Saints!

Always nice to win 3-0 and first half when they did not press we looked a decent team. 2nd half they pressed us far further up the pitch and denied the midfield space and time and they started to dominate the possession and game.

That is what Pellegrini has to solve. We are a team that given a bit of time and room is not bad at all. But you can see despite some good efforts and technique from Arfur we need a better left back defensively behind Anderson, we also need some pace and strength in the middle to be an option alongside Rice and another striker. Obiang played well today and showed strength on the ball but for me lacks a half yard and to be honest he just has not looked the part in any other game this season.

Hats off to Noble though. He will start playing less minutes from now on but he will still be a vital part of the squad and team.

Assuming Obiang, Byram, Hugill , Cresswell, Hernandez and Perez hopefully sold, we should target some real quality for the centre midfield, left back and striker area. Tough ask with only 30 million + sales although freeing up wages of Carroll and Hernandez is arguably as important if we want to attract a quality striker as that may be what gets him ahead of competitors like Everton and Leicester etc?

Btw, what a shame Ben Johnson or Fredericks are not left backs. Would save us a few bob as Fredericks is definitely getting better as a defender. Him getting across to ultimately block Long kept us ahead at 1-0.

Anyway, happy days. Spurs losing and 2 men off was a nice warm up, us getting a 3-0 win. All we need now is for Newcastle to derail Victimpool:-)

"Getting closer..."

I need to investigate this in-match betting thing.

We gone 4-0 up in any matching, and I'm going to bet we win 5-0, or 4-1

Great result !

But it's a lowly Southampton who are quite relaxed as they have avoided relegation , still well done to the players who gave their fans a decent day out in some sun at the London stadium.

Obiang does occasionally have a good game.

Too infrequently, though

It's a very one-sided match when the loser isn't on top for at least a short spell.

Admittedly, we probably have more "how the fuck did we lose that" moments than other supporters
